October 14th - Panel Discussion - The Novel, Nonobvious, and Useful: Protecting the Seed We Plant

What: Join the Horticultural Sciences Graduate Student Club and the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Association (IPTLA) for a panel discussion on obtaining and licensing of intellectual property protections for genetically engineered plants. The panelists are Dr. Kevin Folta Chairman of the UF Horticultural Sciences Dept., Dr. Chris Eisenschenk a Partner and patent attorney with SLE Patents, and Dr. John Byatt, Asst. Director, Life Sciences at the UF Office of Technology Licensing
