Greenhouse space, equipped with an environmentally controlled shading system and with supplemental lighting for year-round use, is available as needed for breeding and research projects in Gainesville. Field space is available at the many UF/IFAS Research and Education Centers stationed throughout Florida. These farm facilities are maintained by field crews experienced in many field and vegetable crops including cucurbits.
