This web page is to acquaint prospective students with research activities, graduate students, post-docs, and visiting scientists in Dr. Don Huber's Postharvest Biology laboratory.

The postharvest facilities at the University of Florida in Gainesville are situated in Fifield Hall, which houses the departments of Horticultural Sciences, Environmental Horticulture, and Plant Pathology. Postharvest research on fruits and vegetables is primarily the responsibility of faculty in the Horticultural Sciences department. We interact closely with faculty in Plant Pathology, Food Science, and Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
