Use of Internet in Distance Education

The work with networking satellite imagery during the last decade [1977-1986] provided experience in use of communication technology in teaching. A paper was published in the Proceedings of the Florida State Horticultural society that describes this work in part. See Volume 107, pages 51-54, 1994. A second and more recent paper described how the internet has been utilized in the development of a research project and in deliberations by several of the board members in the Florida State Horticultural Society.
