Strawberries growing in Polygal troughs

A new cucumber for the U.S. market. This Beit Alpha type is seedless, thin skinned and better tasting than any other cucumber. Note the prolific fruiting habit showing 19 ready for harvest at one time.

Notice how Beit Alpha cucumber plants set several flowers at each node and on the laterals. Laterals should be removed from the plant at the second node to alleviate excess vegetation.

Galia melons growing in the greenhouse. Friendly bumble bees are used for pollination.

Tomatoes grown in soilless-hydroponic culture using pine bark media and nursery pots.

Raspberries are a high quality, high yielding crop for off season production in walk-in tunnels.
