The 21^st annual Florida Postharvest Industry Tour will provide an opportunity to experience first-hand the latest technologies for harvest/handling/shipping of subtropical and tropical fruits, warm and cool season vegetables and ornamental crops. It is designed for produce industry professionals, educators, researchers and students involved in such diverse areas as field and packinghouse management, wholesale and retail sales, and import/export.  This program is jointly held with the 5th Postharvest Technical Tour co-sponsored by the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corp., with simultaneous translation into Portuguese. The tour coordinators are  Dr. Steven Sargent and Dr. Celso Moretti.
