The postharvest facilities at the University of Florida in Gainesville are located at Fifield Hall.  Postharvest research on fruits and vegetables is primarily the responsibility of faculty in the Horticultural Sciences department. We interact closely with faculty in Plant Pathology, Food Science, and Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
